This lens is great. Absolutely sharp for both video and photography. I bought it with lowered expectation, but now I'm using it more than my Sony 24 1.4

Shooting with a 16 1.8 prime lens is kinda cool shooting wide but with a shallow depth of field. I also own a 14-24 2.8, but I'd rather use this lens because of the 16 1.8. I use crop sensor mode on my Sony A7IV if I want to use the 24mm focal length.

I 100% recommend purchasing this lens and will buy more from this brand and camera store in the future.
