The rack is strong, the wheels sturdy and the brakes easy to use. It was a fairly quick assembly and in addition to storing both sets of winter tires for my cars there is room remaining for another set (I use this space to hold some big storage bins that took up space in my garage. This unit has freed up significant space in my garage simply because it is two tier and holds at least 10 tires. It is also easy to adjust the height of the upper rack so that most tires will fit on the lower shelf easily, which would really benefit someone with very large, heavy tires as they wouldn't have to lift them to the upper shelf. It is also great that you can chose to have the wheels to move the cart around, or if you want it fixed in place you don't have to use the wheels and can easily anchor the shelf to your floors.
