1. Unfold the knee scooter by pulling the frame apart until it locks into place. 2. Adjust the handlebar height by releasing the height adjustment lever, setting it to the desired height (38.0 - 45.9 inches), and securing it back in place. 3. Adjust the knee pad height by releasing the height adjustment lever, setting it to the desired height (19.7 - 24.8 inches), and securing it back in place. 4. Place your injured leg on the knee pad and position yourself comfortably on the scooter. 5. Use the handlebars to steer and control the scooter. 6. Apply pressure on the handlebars to move forward and use the dual rear brakes to stop or slow down. 7. To fold the scooter, release the frame lock and push the frame back together until it locks into the folded position.
