    If I could give this product 0 stars I WOULD! I’m beyond disappointed with this product. It’s advertised to securely hold kayaks, but despite being properly installed, it flew off while I was driving — completely breaking one of my kayaks and damaging my vehicle in the process. This was not user error; everything was attached correctly and double-checked.

    Not only is it dangerously unreliable, but it also only fits sedan vehicles — something that is not clearly stated in the listing. If you drive anything larger than a compact car, don’t bother. This is not a universal fit like they claim.

    Unsafe, misleading, and costly. I would never recommend this product to anyone.
