    Bought this as an upgrade to the super beginner sewing machine I had, and I'm very very disappointed.

    The foot pedal worked for about 3 seconds; the wires in it must be kinked but I couldn't get it to work again but thankfully the foot pedal to my other machine had the same connector and worked.

    This machine is quite a bit faster than my other one, but it jams randomly then starts working on its own only to jam again.

    If you plan on using the reverse function good luck. As soon as you try to reverse stitch it jams again, forward stitch will work but trying reverse again...nope. The needle bends it jams so bad.

    Really expected better from Vevor. I hope they look into these issues, I'm not sure how both the machine and foot pedal even passed quality control.

    Machine Works. Great for a beginner on lighter weight materials. Foot control pedal is well below standard. I had to move the cables inside to get a better connection. It's not as variable a foot pedal control. Only two speeds. You should pay attention to your work with this machine.
