    Haven't had to use it, but when tested will kick sump pump on.dont know how long battery not included will last when really needed. Had tried 2 larger ones, but would kick breaker or not come on.dont like cords n battery cables are very short making it harder to pos. in basement.have contacted company and they keep sending me messages about checking my issue of short cables and could I use longer ones.still haven't heard anything but recorded emails. Hope it works as described.
