To whom it may concern, as for living in Canada there are many here that heat with wood as for product I found it very flexible in low chimney application as I have and head unit cleans very well saves going on the roof of the house where as the problem lies is in it’s connections, first 2 runs in chimney went well but as soon as connections hit inside of chimney or on the ground the connections keep coming apart as you can see in pictures the connections area has bin buffed and easily can come undone so I use tape to keep connections together I find that this area needs to be addressed other than some tape I’m happy with how it operates and easy use and no more bungee jumping off the roof ps maybe a slide cover may be an option thxs
