The trailer dolly arrived in a large cardboard box which was damaged and torn open at the end. Metal poles / handle parts were sticking out of box. One of the metal poles sticking out of the box had damage on the screw thread. I need to move boats and trailers weighing 1500lbs and a damaged trailer dolly is not suitable. The return cost is 60% of the original cost - after I make the effort lift the heavy package into my car and drive it to the post office.
Avoid buying items like this unless they cover the return cost. No support from the Vevor support line for a replacement part. I will junk this item and buy from a company which stands by it's products.
