    These were intwded for small bookshelf speaker connected to my headphone's power amplifier, which has an RCA line output for that purpose. I'm using a small Chi-fi amp for this purpose so nothing too fancy was required to do the job.

    once you have stripped your cable the solder-free install is a breeze almost anybody could master in 30 minutes if you're a sloth-like person, but 15 minutes would be average I guess. The banana plugs appear to have an above average grip so some can be hard to push in, but that's a very minor irritant that did not influence my star rating.

    What did influence my rating was the quality of the material. The plugs appear somewhat light for their size making me wonder about the alloy(s) used in their fabrication, which can affect SQ due to impedance variations or mismatch with the amplifier's own output impedance. but then again, this is relatively minor unless you're an audiophile, in which case you better pass. Otherwise my experience with the product was very positive, not to mention that they cost very little. Recommended.
