Got this great vacuum and charged it right up. Next morning put into our above grouns 12x24 pool. Wow. It did such a great job. After running it only twice it had got our dirty pool back to clean. It goes right up the sides and cleans the water edge which really cut down on the surface floating stuff.

It does avoid obstacles but we move the ladder to let it do a thorough job. Easy to empty and finse filter. Easy to charge. It even comes with a hook that attaches to pool pole to scoop it out when it's done. Well worth the money.

I couldn’t be more pleased. I’m a senior and dragging out the vacuum hose was becoming more and more difficult. Then the actual vacuuming having to drag the hose around the pool. My pool is 18 x 36 and this little robot does an amazing job. The 3 hours is more than enough time to thoroughly clean the pool. I’m under a large oak tree with lots of squirrels and acorns. I just drop it in the pool and walk away. Wish there was a way I could sell these things

I had high hopes for the Hision Cordless Pool Vacuum Robot, but unfortunately, it fails to deliver on its most basic promise: cleaning the pool effectively.

Despite fully charging the unit at least six separate times—each time hoping for better results—the vacuum’s performance remained subpar. The main issue is that dirt and leaves consistently escape the collection basket, making the entire cleaning process futile. Even more frustrating is that these escaping particles frequently get caught in the propeller, causing the unit to stall and spin in place after just 10 minutes of operation. Instead of cleaning, it ends up redistributing debris and creating new issues.

I’m giving it two stars only because of two redeeming features: the helpful blue light that makes it easier to locate in the pool, and the seemingly sturdy build. But good looks and visibility don’t compensate for poor functionality. I quickly became tired of troubleshooting and trying to make it work.

For context, I previously owned a Natualis CC, which—though it lasted only about two years—managed to clean all the dirt and leaves from my pool effortlessly within the first two days of the season. The Hision, by comparison, couldn't even handle a fraction of that workload.

Ultimately, I decided to return it. It’s simply not a reliable or effective solution for pool maintenance.

After my initial review, which expressed disappointment with the Hision Cordless Pool Vacuum Robot’s performance, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a full refund offer from the seller. This gesture clearly indicates that they actively read customer feedback and genuinely care about customer satisfaction, which I deeply appreciate.

Their responsiveness made me feel that my experience mattered. For that reason alone, I am revising my review to 3 stars to reflect the seller’s commendable customer support and integrity. I still believe the product needs improvement. The issues I encountered—debris escaping the collection basket, propeller getting jammed, and the unit spinning in circles after almost 20 minutes—significantly impacted its usability. These functional deficiencies should be addressed in future models to better match the product’s promise and price point.
