These are generic handles and blades. They are sharp, but don’t keep an edge well. Even with light work such as paper on a pad meant for cutting paper without damaging the surface below.
For the cost, I will definitely buy them again as I go through them like crazy. Spending more on higher quality blades is something I will still have to do.. but for general utility, you can’t go wrong for the price.
