Went through customer service just to find out the my back up camera is not compatible because of the size of the screen. Then I got asked to please install a HD camera that’s compatible for the head units to work properly. I tried to get a replacement and it never arrived. Im in the process of returning the unit. There is better head unit available on 鶹.
