INSTALLATION GUIDE

Step 1 Ensure that the on/off valve is closed.
Step 2 Invert the 5-40 pound propane tank and connect the QCC1 connector to the propane tank.
Step 3 Connect the 1 inch -20 inch disposable internal thread to the empty 1 pound propane fuel cylinder.
Step 4 Open the cylinder valve of the 5-40 propane tank.
Step 5 Then turn on on-off control valve and let the gas flow until the tank is full.
Step 6 Make sure the valve is closed before refilling for safety
Step 7 Invert the large propane tank in a safe corner, away from flames and sparks, so that the liquid can flow out.
Note Due to the highly flammable nature of this gas, for safety reasons, you must refill the 1-pound cylinder outside the door and keep it away from flames and sparks.

  • Attach to 5–20 lb tank, flip it upside down, connect to 1 lb cylinder, open valve, monitor gauge, then close valve and disconnect. Always refill outdoors.

  • Yes. The ON/OFF valve ensures smooth flow control. The three-color gauge (often with glow pointers) helps you accurately fill without guessing. The brass build prevents leaks and corrosion.
