Maintenance and care recommendations

1. Regular cleaning: Regularly clean all parts of the humidifier, including the fan, atomizer sheet and evaporator, to remove dirt and impurities and keep the equipment in good condition. ‌

2. Lubricate the bearings: Drop a drop of cooking oil or baby oil on the fan bearings to reduce friction and noise.

3. Inspection and adjustment: Check whether the fan blades are loose or deformed, and adjust their positions in time to avoid collisions.

Solenoid Valve

The reasons why the humidifier makes a loud sound when running and the solutions are as follows.

1. The water tank is unbalanced: If the water tank is not placed smoothly, it may cause vibration and thus noise. The solution is to place the tank on a stable surface. ‌

2. Fan failure: The fan bearing is short of oil or the fan blade is loose or deformed, which will cause noise. You can lubricate the fan bearings with a drop of cooking oil or baby oil, or check and fix loose blades. ‌

3. Atomizer sheet problem: The atomizer sheet is the core component of the humidifier. If the atomizer sheet breaks, is covered with dirt, or ages, it will cause noise. Cleaning or replacing the atomizer blade can solve this problem. ‌

4. Lack of water or improper water level: Too low or too high water level will cause noise. Adjusting the water level to the appropriate position can reduce noise.

5. Loose power cord: Loose power cord or poor contact will cause noise. Checking and re-plugging the power cord may resolve the issue.

6. Filter clogged: Filter clogged will affect the normal operation of the humidifier and produce noise. Regular cleaning or replacement of filters can reduce noise.

7. Usage environment: If the humidifier is placed on a hard surface or a small space, the noise may be reflected or amplified. Try placing the humidifier on a soft surface or in a more open space.
