    Works on American Standard AS4650-619 toilet. The kit seals well, no leaks and it's hard to find a working match tank to bowl seal for such an old toilet. Should be good as new, now. Happy with this purchase. The instructions are a bit unclear.
    1) Start by cutting off the water supply, flushing the toilet and either using a shopvac or a sponge, get rid of the water on the bottom.
    2) Disconnect the water supply line (at this point, you might as well replace it, unless it's less than 2 years old), remove the old bolts/washers/seal.
    3) Put on the seal that fits and put the tank on top of the bowl.
    4) Going from the bolt head, put the cone washer (cone down) up to the head and put it through the holes in the tank/bowl.
    5) From the bottom, start with a flat metal washer and 9/16" nut, tightening equally from both sides until it's firm (don't overtighten or you will crack the bowl), then put the flat rubber washer, backed by a flat metal washer and screw on the locknut (long shiny metal one, also 9/16") from the bottom until it's snug enough to keep the regular hex nut from backing out.

    This product has everything you need and the 2 sizes or rubber seals is great. The issue I had is the tank bolts were just a tiny bit to thick and would not fit through the tank holes. I believe the ones in this kit are 5/16 which appears to be the standard now. I even went to HD and Lowes and 5/16 or larger are what they carry. My toilet is an American Standard. So, there was nothing wrong with the product, just the tank bolts I need have to be just a hair thinner. That is the only reason I returned the product. Otherwise it was great and everything I needed.
