I purchased it last year and sat in a box until the first time I used it last month and found everything sticks to itg and is impossible to clean. NOw it is too late to reurn. Does anyone have any idea what I may have done wrong.

    I have an older gas grill that is in great shape but I never use it. In fact, the grill always lets the fat and natural juices flow down into the burners and causes flare ups. I can do so much more with the griddle. I removed the grates and this fits perfectly, heats evenly and cooks like a wonder. It's so much better than a regular gas grill and it saved me from buying a Blackstone.
