Directions

Begin drinking tea in small amounts and gradually increase the amount to suit your needs. We suggest you first pour 2 cups of boiling water over 1 tea bag and cover for 2 to 3 minutes. Drink hot or cold after your meals and in the morning or evening. You can dilute your tea with more water if desired. Gradually increase your tea strength after one week by pouring 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tea bag. Drink 1 cup after each meal with a maximum of 3 cups per day. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

    one tea bag will let you have a nice flow of poop the next day, two will give you the runs along with stomach cramps, but it def clears your system out, if you want a light release i would say one bag before bed, then by the next morning you're ready to go, i steep it too untill it gets lukewarm, im on my 3rd pack over the years

    I've drank senna tea in the past to help with backup issues but it was by a different brand, so I thought I'd give this one a whirl and I am never drinking this tea again. Followed instructions on box, steeped for 4-5 minutes and drank the tea within 30 minutes. Went to sleep around 11-11:30 and woke up drenched in sweat with excruciating stomach pain and ran to the bathroom at 6 am. Tmi but it felt like my soul left my body and from how much it cleared me out in a matter of seconds, I ended up blacking out in my bathroom and was sick to my stomach for the next 3 days. I was shaking and felt like I had a really terrible flu or something, was also extremely dehydrated afterwards and had no appetite the following couple weeks and couldn't eat much without feeling sick afterwards.
    0/10, if you want to try this tea, beware of how potent this tea really is and don't have anything planned for the next 24 hours as you will be using the bathroom quite a bit 👍
