    I can't tell if it's having any calming effects, maybe I haven't tried it enough.

    I have noticed that it has very little flavour. When I double up on the packets it has a watered-down raspberry flavour, but no lemon. The next time I used a pack of this and a pack of a lemonade from a different brand. That improved things, but shouldn't have been necessary.

    I tried to find a Health Canada NPN on the packaging or in the listing and couldn’t see one.
    Since supplements sold in Canada usually have an NPN, I didn’t feel comfortable using it and decided not to consume it.
