This is actually a 5 star item but the short cable makes this a 4 star item.
Now, it is convenient to have that cable, yes, but this is not a USB powered charger. This requires an electrical power outlet, meaning it'll be placed far from your laptop, phone, etc. Very few will actually use this like on one of the promo image, on a table. It's funny because that picture doesn't display the charger connected to any power outlet so it's not actually providing any power lol.
The reality is that it needs to be stuck on a wall or extender and that USB-C retractable cable is just too short. It's shorter than the other car-based models by other brands, which is very sad. It should have been 150 CM, not 75 CM.
Of course, you can still use your own cables in the other 3 ports. But, then, why would you buy this?
Apart from that, the cable retracts very, very well, and actually has a magnet where you hold it so it goes back into its slot super easily on its own.
The whole charger is very high quality. Solid, heavy, and metal.
It does Super fast charging on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and other phones. No issues there.
The prongs for the plug retract and are super smooth to open and close. Feels very high quality.
My only complaint is the cable length. Other than that, I recommend this, especially since UGREEN products are usually long lasting and reliable.
