What's the Difference between USB Switch and USB KVM Switch?

USB Switch comes with USB ports and does not comes with HDMI port, which can only transfer data, while USB KVM switch comes with USB ports and HDMI port, which not only can transfer data, but also connect monitor to transfer video.
When connecting power-hungry device, does it need connect 5V Micro USB power cable and power adapter?

Yes, when conencting power-hungry device like hard drive, RGB keybaord and mouse, printer, it needs to connect 5V Micro USB power cable and adatper for charging(Not Included in Package)
How to use this USB Switch to the computer only with USB C port?

When connecting USB C laptops like Macs, please use a USB-A to USB-A cable and a USB C male to USB A female adapter with OTG function. USB A to USB C male to male cable cannot work.
