130W USB Car Charger With 100W USB C Cable

Why does it sometimes wake up my device when I plug in or unplug another device?

When multiple devices are connected at the same time, plugging a new device in or unplugging any of the devices from the charger will render a short charging pause for other devices. This short pause is due to the power redistribution of the charger.
How to get the best performance of all charging ports?

When you need to use 2 or more of the charging ports simultaneously, to maximize the output power, it is suggested to use the C2/A ports. The combination of C1 and A is not recommended because the power output would be minimal in this case.
Note

Generally, we suggest you use the USB C port to charge Apple watch. If you want to to use the USB A port, only the C1 and A port can be used simultaneously.

But since I can, I decided to test this on my bench and was drawing 80W and temps got high (70C) on the charger. This (80W) was likely the limit on a 12V system (I was using 14.4 simulating car running). The enemy of this charger is current so if powered by 20 - 24 V It could likely hit it's 130W rating (as it would need less current for the same power), but not on a 12V system. I am happy with the performance for what I need, but don't expect to actually get 100W out of this. Docked 1 star for unrealistic specs.
