- Position Quickly. When the patient is sitting or reclining, distribute their weight evenly while positioning them under the transfer sling. Use the 4 reinforced straps for fast and easy repositioning.
- Lift Comfortably. A soft polyester fabric keeps the transfer process comfy for patients by preventing chafing and sliding. Our patient lift sling neck and head support provides additional protection.
- Transfer Freely. Use a manual or electric lift to transfer patients to and from beds, chairs, floors, toilets, baths, wheelchairs, and other surfaces. Safe for both the elderly and the handicapped.

- Reviewed in Canada on August 19, 2023Verified PurchaseA real help in moving a senior with an injury off of and onto bed.
- Reviewed in Canada on June 22, 2024Verified PurchaseThis sling is very well made and the price is amazingly affordable compared to what mobility aid companies charge (one quoted $800!). Unfortunately, I had to return it because I found the portion that goes around the legs to be a bit too stiff and therefore slightly uncomfortable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works great
Verified PurchaseEasy to use, quality material, easy to eipe clean.
This sling fits our hydraulic bed lift perfect. We have the size small for our son and use it to get him into his wheelchair from bed and back out.
Being this style sling makes it easiest to remove so he does not have to keep it under him in his chair.
We have used this one daily for almost s full year and it is in perfect shape.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works well with either the arms inside or out.
Verified PurchaseI have another sling that lifts under the arms, which puts some stress on the arms and shoulders. This sling is designed so that the arms are not directly involved. You can keep the arms inside the sling or through the sling straps, so no pressure on the arms or shoulders. It also has support for the head which my other sling does not.
My other sling has a safety belt. This one does not. I'm not sure if that is a plus or minus. The safety belt puts some pressure on the upper chest and it does not seem to me to be very useful.

5.0 out of 5 stars Enabled toileting but a learning curve
Verified PurchaseI am writing this review mostly to pass along a lesson learned using this sling -- which is excellent, and our go-to sling for most purposes. We initially tried to position this sling so that the user -- an elderly woman with almost no muscle tone, who could not stand -- would be lifted up straight from her wheel chair and lowered in a sitting position onto a bedside toilet using the short loops at the head and long ones at the legs. Invariably, this caused two problems: 1) it put more pressure on her bladder by causing her to bend more in the middle, 2) because the opening was under her and she had no muscle tone, she would sometimes slide partway through the sling, coming close to sliding out of the sling. We found that it was better to use the longer straps near the head and the shorter straps near the legs. This causes her to be lifted up in a reclined position, which takes the pressure off of her bladder and holds her securely by providing better support under her center of gravity. We had to adapt our approach for lowering her because she was more reclined, but we made it work. The recommended approach, of course, is to have more than one person help with this kind of lift. That wasn't an option for us. This sling provided sufficient support and opening to make toileting possible with it. We found other slings with less support were not workable (or safe) for us, given the lack of muscle tone in the user.

3.0 out of 5 stars Hard edges good for anything but bathing
Verified PurchaseSo this was purchased for our almost 100lbs 12yo son. He's non ambulatory and we want to give him more independents in bathing ect... Currently only have a full sling so baths and potty are total unassisted lifts. My poor husband and his back. He never says a thing about lifting. But the mood he's in after says it all.
Back to this sling in was too large for my son. Meaning the straps that go between the legs behind the knee were to wide. We folded in half. The other more troubling issue was that the seams and edges were so rough it's close to sharp. Maybe they soften with time.... Or maybe elderly peoples skin isn't paper thin but tough like leather. My son was nearly traumatized by this. I mean it's used for bathes.....
