    That being said, I have had really good voice and hearing on the set. It takes a bit of time to get it to beep sometimes but once it does the sound is crystal clear. The set fits nicely. The ear covers are comfortable and it almost drowns out everything else in the rooms. An online friend had recommended it to me and they headset has handled beautifully. It cost a bit more than I would have preffered (but I'm cheap) and they are worth the price.

    I bought this on the assumption this would be a wired aux headset, my mistake for not reading the finer details. I liked this product at first, even though the microphone quality was terrible, i really did. About a month in i start encountering issues, my headset cuts out randomly and i have to turn it off and on again just to get an audio feed, and have to turn my mic on and off separately just to get that working. This continues for the next few months, sometimes needing to unplug the USB, sometimes needing to do both just to get it working, but as of today the ive had enough as the headset snapped in a way ive never seen one snap before in a way it shouldn't've have, without any prior sign of damage and without any excess pressures being put on it. Extremely disappointing for a headset i spent 110 CAD on. I wont spend my money on a turtle beach product again, and neither should you.

    I’ve bought turtle beaches headset’s before and this is okay like sounds are great and what not but I was having mic issues for Xbox and then I found out you need to update it and make sure it keeps up to date which I think is sorta ridiculous especially for a $89 headset. Personally I’d go with Astros they can be a little more expensive but personally I prefer it I have a pair for my other console ( A20) and I’ll say give them a try I think those are a lot better

    I bought these for my 10 year old son who has just got in to gaming and he loves them!

    Nice and easy to setup, plug in the USB stick and turn them on, job done! The ear phones themselves fit well, they are a little tight but I think that will change with usage. He’s used them for a couple of hours no problem at all.

    The mic works well and folds away when not in use. These aren’t true noise cancelling but still so a decent job of blocking out surrounding noise, I’ve vacuumed while in use no problem at all.

    At about half the price of the official ones these are a great alternative and I’d certainly recommend.
