    I bought the Mango\Pineapple sea moss gel because I kept seeing it everywhere online and wanted to try it for myself. This one had the highest rating that I saw on 鶹, so I gave it a go. I was worried it would be salty, but it isn't. The consistency is kind of like thick pudding and it tastes fruity, mostly like mango. It's a pleasant taste. It has a subtle other taste that I can't describe which is the moss I guess but it doesn't taste bad or strong...I had it alone first and then later mixed it with a smoothie. In the smoothie, I could only taste the mango-ey part and not the sea moss part. But even on a spoon alone, it's not gross. I'd be interested in trying the other flavors as well.

    Affected my thyroid negatively. Sea moss is very high in iodine and I started noticing adverse effects such as nerve pain and burning around my thyroid which can happen with too much iodine. It won't say how much iodine is in it. I threw the rest out and the effects subsided.
