  • Meat 2 (Beef, poultry, fish, etc)

How To Use

Binding meat with Transglutaminase

  • Prepare both pieces of meat
  • Using the Transglutaminase, finely dust the surface of both the pieces
  • Stick both pieces of meat together
  • Alternatively, mince both meats in a food processor or blender and mix in the transglutaminase (1-2g per 100g of meat)
  • Tightly wrap in cling wrap and vacuum seal
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
