- Reviewed in Canada on July 6, 2025Verified PurchaseThis book is a must-have if you’re studying anatomy, massage therapy, physio — anything hands-on with the body. Trail Guide to the Body doesn’t just throw Latin names at you — it teaches you how to feel and find every muscle, bone, and structure with your own hands.
The illustrations? Super clear. The descriptions? Actually understandable. And the palpation tips? Total game-changers. I’ve used it in class, during practice, and even on myself when I want to review something.
It’s like having an anatomy teacher sitting beside you, guiding you through each part of the body.
Seriously — if you work with the human body, get this book.
