The bark came out very nice and crisp. We will try brisket next time. So far we’re happy with it. Got the cover and pellets with the order. We have a Napoleon BBQ so this model is perfect for our family of 5. With the 7lb pulled pork, it lasted us about 5 days. Highly recommend anyone looking for home made low and slow cooking meals.

    I set up the grill and followed the assembly and start up instructions to a tee. Only used treager branded hickory pellets. And I store the grill in my garage so it has never seen any weather. The Auger stopped feeding pellets within 5 to 10 hours of use. I was on the phone with Treager customer service following their direction, taking of panels and showing them the error message, they said they would send a replacement part along with instructions for ME TO REPLACE. I have had the grill for a month and it's only worked for 2 weeks before breaking now they tell me it's up to me to fix... This has been a very frustrating purchase. I would not recommend. Go to another brand, I expect better from a brand new product.
