Raspberry leaf tea has become an essential part of my daily routine during pregnancy. The taste is mild yet pleasant, making it a soothing choice for any time of day. I enjoy adding a little sugar to enhance its natural flavor, creating a comforting and enjoyable beverage. Known for its potential benefits for pregnancy, including supporting uterine health, this tea has become a staple in my wellness regimen. Highly recommend it for expecting mothers looking to incorporate a gentle and beneficial herbal tea into their daily ritual!

- Reviewed in Canada on January 30, 2023Verified PurchaseSo I might be crazy, but before I started drinking this, I was doubled over in writhing period cramps for the first couple days of my period and would need to take advil/tylenol round the clock. I started drinking this a few times a day at the start of my period and since then my cramps have been SOOO much lighter. They're still there but I only take minimal advil and I'm not in as much pain. It might be a placebo effect but anything that helps is a winner for me. And it tastes great, not to mention it's cheap!
- Reviewed in Canada on May 30, 2022Verified PurchaseThe package came badly damaged but the individual sachets were intact. Good flavour, mellow and full-bodied, just wish it had a bit more more zing to it. Hoping this helps speed up and improve labour (though apparently it's good for milk production too!)🤞

- Reviewed in Canada on June 10, 2024Verified PurchaseWhen I'm pregnant I've made it a habit to drink raspberry leave tea. This one is very delicious. I always add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten it and I really like the taste. Will definitely buy again if we have nur babies.
- Reviewed in Canada on April 3, 2023Verified PurchaseTraditional Medicinals is favourite brand for organic raspberry tea! ☕️
Found out about the benefits of raspberry leaf tea from Medical Medium and I can attest that it 100% helps with monthly periods and any cramping. Thankfully I don' have severe cramping during that time of the month however, I normally have discomfort in the lower abdominal area just before my period arrives. The good news is that if I make this raspberry leaf tea about 2-3 days before my period begins, there is ZERO discomfort! It's amazing. I also make my tea strong though and usually steep three tea bags in about 700-900 mL of hot water and allow it steep overnight (about 7-8 hours). Yep, the tea becomes nice and strong - but it works! 😊
The only drawback lately is that I am having a hard time finding it in stores recently (I'm in Toronto Canada). It's been strangely overpriced on 鶹 recently ($20-$26 CAD for one box when it used to be $5.99 CAD a box on 鶹.ca). And in local grocery stores that use to carry this brand, this particular flavour of raspberry leaf tea has been completely sold out. Maybe there is a temporary supply shortage. Hopefully Traditional Medicinals will restock this tea as it's amazing.
- Reviewed in Canada on April 30, 2021Verified PurchaseI bought these to help me through my miscarriage after reading about it online. It definitely helped speed up my contractions and help clean out my uterus; made me feel better overall. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is unfortunately going through a miscarriage. Please note: I was aware when buying this but a lot of people don’t seem to be, this is red raspberry LEAF tea, not raspberry tea. It does not have a fruity flavour, it taste more like black tea on its own but I like to add some honey for an added sweetness which makes it great.
- Reviewed in Canada on December 1, 2020Verified Purchase(Review by wife) I was scheduled to be induced 2 weeks before my due date because my baby was measuring really big. I was really hoping to go into labour naturally (or with slight encouragement from herbs) because I’d heard horror stories about inductions. So I ordered this tea and dates. I couldn’t stomach the dates because I absolutely hated the taste, but this tea was easy to drink. I started drinking it a few days before my scheduled induction. I aimed for more, but usually only got around to drinking 2-3 cups a day. On the morning of the day I was supposed to go to the hospital to be induced, I started having contractions. I didn’t need to be induced after all (aside from a small dose just near the end to get the baby to turn the right way). I was very happy. I can’t say for sure that the tea helped, but I would try it again in the same situation!
