How To Make Tapioca Pearls: 1. Boil the tapioca pearls with 4 cups of water until the pearls floats on top, then turn down the heat and simmer for 30 mins. 2. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for 30 mins and then rinse under cold water. 3. Put tapioca pearls into a cup, pour your favorite tea into the cup, add milk and sugar/sugar alternatives according to your preference. 4. Enjoy!

    My daughter and I made this yesterday. The directions were easy to follow and the boba turned out to be delicious. We made a full cup but the left over Boba went gunky sitting in a bowl in the fridge all night so I don't know about making the full cup each time. Great product - very labour intensive, you have to stir for 30 minutes constantly or else it burns on. Really good product but on the costly side.

    I received this over the summer and I have yet to try it as I am scared to open the bag. I think I am going to have to cook the entire bag as all the balls are stuck together and have formed a very hard brick inside the bag. I have tried to break it up outside the bag but it is not budging lol. I don't know if this is normal since this is my first purchase of this type of product. I just didn't want to be drowning in tapioca pearls just to have a couple drinks. Do you know if these can be frozen once cooked? If so I will get them cooked and hopefully they will separate and I can actually try them.

    It takes 45 minutes to cook them,. I haven’t tried the instant ones, but these are good. They. stick together if you store them so only cook what you need!
