Hi my radio quit working within a month. I had it Oct 17th ish, installed on Oct 28th and it worked good up until this week. Camera was alright. Very fuzzy but I expected that kind of quality off 鶹. It started to slowly die drive by drive. As i dont drive much. But I turn my truck on now and there's no power. Just a black screen. I turn it off turn it back on there's still no power. To today i have no radio now. What can the seller do about this?? Thank you so much. I hear from the reviews the assistance team is suppose to be good. Will wait to find out I suppose. Thank you.

    I really like this radio. I had a hard time finding the correct adaptor to allow plug and play install for this system to my vehicle harness. Once I found that it was smooth sailing. Two complaints are... 1. The clock on the home page continues to present in 24hr time even though the settings were changed to 12hr cycle and 2. Instructions could be clearer and purchasers should be made aware of any (vehicle specific) wiring harness adaptors that are available.

I checked the connection over multiple times. It's just not going to work. So I use the blue tooth for music. I do not recommend this product. Buy something with a better reputation.
