    This is a well thought out kit. I have never seen one with an information packet, and directions as thorough as this one. The bag is quite thick and does not have a way to fully close, but they thoughtfully include a plastic cover that slips over to prevent any debris from entering it during use. It also has a standard pinching clamp, a flow control valve, which is a bit confusing at first to use in my opinion as it feels the directions should be opposite, and a very low set backflow valve to prevent, well backflow. At fully open it has enough pressure to adequately empty its contents with a standard tip reasonably quickly so as not take forever while using. It includes several flexible tapered single opening tips all with o-rings. Also includes a traditional thin straight tip and a douche style tip. They include extra o-rings for all of them. It has plenty of hose, so you can find a comfortable place and position to use it. As far as utilizing it goes, it assembled easily, it is easy to hang, and very easy to purge air from the hose which I highly recommend. It does not include lubrication, but does recommend several types in the literature, as well as positions for best intake of liquids. Insertion with a well lubricated tapered tip was comfortable enough, I did struggle a bit opening the flow valve to get enough flow going, but that was more user error than a design flaw. Once going, it maintained steady pressure during each fill, and the top is flexible and comfortable enough to allow you make adjustments while receiving which is nice as to ensure you are not blocking the tip at all and really get water to all parts of your insides. Stopping flow was easy with the control valve and removal was and easy affair. Now depending on the type of enema you are doing, one might hold it or release it immediately, and I do some of each. It is flexible and thin enough to allow easy reinsertion for multiple fill ups in one trip. After I was cleaned , cleaning it was quite easy as well, simply reversing the assbley instructions and placing in hot soapy water with a small amount of brushing of the various parts and using a mild sanitizing agent on the hose end and tip. Overall this kit is highly functional, and whether you do enemas for the health benefits, for cleanliness, or simply enjoy it, or all three, this kit is a great upgrade from the traditional bright red hot water bag and leaky hoses. Once it's all cleaned and sanitized it even has a nice soft cloth bag to store it away so this private useful device can remain private.

    When I first opened this set up I thought it was some serious overkill. All this for an enema kit? Now that I've used it a bunch, and travelled with it, I find that it is a very well thought out kit.

    The quality of the materials is fantastic. Everything is flexible, soft, easy to clean, and stays clean. There are plastic bags to keep things organized, and everything fits nicely into the included cloth bag. I'm a road warrior who lives in hotels more than my home, and I can tell you that this set travels nicely in my luggage without taking up too much space...and its discreet.

    All of the tips are soft and smooth. No sharp edges or anything to give you concern.

    A booklet is included. It's written well enough, it's understandable. Could use a bit more editing but it gets the point across and I think that anyone using such a kit for the first time will find all the education they need here.

    Now that I have used this kit I can say that I would buy this rather than the inexpensive "hot water bottle" kits without hesitation. Either gets the job done but this kit makes me a lot more comfortable that things are safe and healthy.

    You wouldn't know it by the pictures, but this enema kit is very well designed and made of sturdy PVC materials. They thought of everything! They included a variable flow valve (not just open/closed like older models) with a redundancy feature to combat any backflow. It comes with 5 different types of nozzles which should be more than sufficient for anyone's cleaning needs. It comes with a very innovative "check valve", insuring that nothing goes back up into the hose and also making this a breeze to clean (they even throw in an extra one)! The tube itself is 6.5 feet long, which allows for a comfortable experience while doing what is normally considered an uncomfortable self-care chore!

    To top this off, it even comes with a manual, making this enema bag a breeze to use! I love to see this type of user experience, especially when it concerns something that has medical ramifications. It also comes with a nice cloth bag that I'd like to think is for modesty, not travel (LOL).

    At any rate, this is NOT your grandmother's hot water bottle!

    I recently decided to try the TopQuaFocus 2 liter large silicone enema bag kit for detoxing and I am glad I did this.

    The kit comes with a brochure but it’s fairly easy to use for a beginner.

    This is a well designed kit, I can’t think of anything that has been left-out. Here are the features and extra components I like about this kit:

    The hook is covered with a plastic tube which provides some friction so it doesn’t move around easily.

    The open top silicone bag is easy to use and clean. It's see-through and has measurement marks on both sides.

    This enema kit uses threaded interface links, which makes it easy to disassemble and less likely to leak.

    It has a built-in non-return valve to ensure there's no back flow.

    There are two liquid control devices:

    a stopcock valve and a flow control clamp.

    It comes with a dust cover for the bag opening, three types of irrigation nozzles, and a drawstring storage bag.

    Overall this is a decent enema kit, and a viable tool for a sporadic detoxing, but if I were to use it 2-3 times a week, it would probably become uncomfortable because the nozzle tip is not as soft and tapered as I’d like. However, I would still recommend this to anyone who is interested in trying out a cleansing this way.
