    I’ve been waiting for Tombstone to finally come out in 4K. It’s here and in Steel Book Edition. It did not disappoint me. Absolutely stunning picture in 4K. Tombstone is one of the top five westerns ever made. Everyone knows the star of the show is Val Kilmer as Doc Holiday. His performance was stupendous. The other star of the show is the Gunfight at the OK Corral.

    The 4K Movie "Tombstone" finally arrived today and the picture quality and sound is amazing. The upgrade from blu ray to 4K was worth the cost. I am happy to have added this movie to my personal movie collection. I just wish the 4K came with a slip cover. Would have nice for the money I paid. But I'm still happy with the purchase and my dealings with the seller were very good. I missed out on a slightly better price but that's okay cause I have my movie. It's a great movie.

    This is a good older movie that has held up since its release quite well. I saw it not long after its release (1993) and loved it. Val Kilmer's performance as Doc is maybe his best and a raging Kurt Russell is memorable. I found Russell's Wyatt Earp far better than Kevin Costner's in the movie titled after the character (1994). Excellent supporting cast. Anyone who enjoys westerns is likely to enjoy this movie.

    This is probably one of the best westerns made and is certainly my personal favourite. It's the sort of thing that only seemed to come out of the 80s and 90s - no weird politics, just unapologetic entertainment with great actors spouting awesome dialogue, and no cgi. This film is so entertaining and endlessly quotable. Val Kilmer gives one of his best performances, Kurt Russel sports the most awesome moustache ever, and there are so many great supporting actors like Michael Biehn, Bill Paxton etc. I've had this on DVD for many years and upgraded to blu ray. Good upgrade, if you like the film it's worth it. And if you haven't seen it....skin that smokewaggon and see what happens!
