Very easy to slide on over the wound from surgery. Size 10.5 men's foot and room to spare. Seems stable and secure on the calf. I pull it down a little to create a lip on the seal so I can tape it to my leg. Not sure if this is actually necessary but I have trust issues when it comes to getting my foot wet. Pain is bad enough, don't need to add that stinging pain too if it gets wet.
Regardless of my trust issues, this is so much better then bagging my foot. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this again if ever needed as I plan to discard after it's use is no longer needed.
