    The ones I normally buy were stuck in Canada Post strike limbo so i compared these the ones I usually use and they seem to have more healthy ingredients in them example B12. It's still to early to see if they are working as it's only been a week or 2 but no adverse reactions.

    I’ve been doing research about hypothyroidism because I’ve noticed my neck is pretty big and I’m not a big person.     Let me just state some facts about me first. I'm 43 and work A LOT, terrible sleep schedule on top of this. I have been feeling pretty useless and hopeless for the past couple yrs. I've barely had energy to do even the every day things like cleaning house and have struggled immensely. I've tried so many different things and was just about to throw in the towel and make a doctors appt (ughhhh). I was pretty confident this was a thyroid issue so this stuff was my last ditch effort. I've been taking it for the past 2 weeks and I've been getting so much done, it's insane ! Im now the opposite of what I was, which was someone wanting to just crawl into bed any chance I got. My biggest complains with a lot of product is feeling jittery, that's a no go for me. This does not make me feel crappy whatsoever. In fact, i feel pretty darn good. I feel like myself. You should definitely eat something when taking this, even if it's just a small snack. Having said that though, when I didn't eat with it I was completely fine. I feel like a new person and it's enough of a change to make me want to write a review. I hope anyone feeling like I did will have the same amazing results! It's absolutely worth the try.
