    We just couldn't find this brand in stock anywhere and my son really wanted it for his new Airbus joystick - so we sucked it up and bought it for more than usual retail cost. Main reason was to save his arm from hurting after playing for an hour with this joystick on top of his desk. And I will say - this thing is solid. It's not going anywhere - and it is truly great quality. And best of all - it's at the exact right level with the arm of his chair so his arm no longer hurts.

    It was rather pricey and takes up a lot of room. Yes, I checked the dimensions before buying, but visualizing didn't quite prepare me for how large this would be once installed. Also, I had to remove the desk pads to get it to fit to my desk and I have since removed it entirely in favour of an alternate solution. Just something to keep in mind before buying.

    It seemed like a lot of money, especially compared to some other companies' offerings, but I was glad I got it. It is made for the Airbus throttle quadrant from TM (that's what I'm using it for, anyway). It's very solid and easy to put together and install. Just as importantly, it is part of some changes to my setup that have eased pain in arthritic shoulders and back. This is not something you think about when you're younger, but flight simulation can be really bad for back and joints, especially if you sit at a desk at work. Being able to more comfortably participate in my hobby into the future made it a wise investment.
