With added nano-aluminum oxide particles, Kryonaut extreme fills even the smallest irregularities to effectively dissipate heat. It remains stable and does not cure even at extreme temperatures, ensuring your system stays safely and powerfully cooled at all times.

Application Tools

Kryonaut extreme 2g comes with two applicators to simplify the application of the thermal paste.

  • The surface should be thoroughly cleaned and be free of grease before use. The thermal paste should be at least at room temperature when applied. It is important to spread the thermal paste very slowly during application.

  • With proper storage and packaging, the thermal paste can be used for at least 3 years without issues, and in many cases, significantly longer.

  • The typically theoretical thermal conductivity values vary greatly depending on the application, as important factors such as contact pressure, temperature, or surface cannot be uniformly accounted for.

  • Thermal Grizzly thermal paste packaging is specially coated on the inside to protect the syringe and its contents from UV radiation and other environmental influences. We recommend storing it in the original packaging.

Apply a small amount of thermal paste to the CPU

The surface should be thoroughly cleaned and free of grease before use. We recommend using TG Remove or TG Cleaning Wipes for cleaning. The thermal paste should be at least at room temperature when applied.

Spread the thermal paste

When applying, it is important to spread the thermal paste very slowly. For a typical Intel or AMD CPU, a single spreading motion should take about 3 seconds. The slower the movement, the easier it is to spread the paste evenly.

Update 4/29/2024: Ordered a second tube, and authenticator confirmed legitimate once again. Happy with it's performance. I now use it for the CPU + GPU blocks for my fully water-cooled system. Ordered a 2g tube to replace my old tube of Arctic MX-4 and the last bit of Thermal Grizzly paste that came with my Ekwb CPU block. So far, initial performance is good, but will update the review again at a later date. I was a bit skeptical due to the all the possibly fraud/fake Thermal Grizzly paste reported online, but the official authenticator confirmed the Kryonaut Extreme I received PASSED on their checker.
