Our thermal paste includes an applicator, a spatula, and the new TG Spatula Pro to ensure a smooth, even layer every time. Experience hassle-free application, reduced mess, and optimized heat transfer - perfect for maintaining low temperatures and peak system performance.

  • The surface should be thoroughly cleaned and be free of grease before use. The thermal paste should be at least at room temperature when applied. It is important to spread the thermal paste very slowly during application.

  • With proper storage and packaging, the thermal paste can be used for at least 3 years without issues, and in many cases, significantly longer.

  • The typically theoretical thermal conductivity values vary greatly depending on the application, as important factors such as contact pressure, temperature, or surface cannot be uniformly accounted for.

  • Thermal Grizzly thermal paste packaging is specially coated on the inside to protect the syringe and its contents from UV radiation and other environmental influences. We recommend storing it in the original packaging.

The surface should be thoroughly cleaned and free of grease before use. We recommend using TG Remove or TG Cleaning Wipes for cleaning. The thermal paste should be at least at room temperature when applied.

When applying, it is important to spread the thermal paste very slowly. For a typical Intel or AMD CPU, a single spreading motion should take about 3 seconds. The slower the movement, the easier it is to spread the paste evenly.

    Not sure what this magical paste is, but either I had a poor seal/mount on my CPU prior to using this thermal paste, but after switching I have seen a 5 Celsius Temp drop! (No Joke). I was using the Kryonaut, and figured I would try this paste as I had to service my loop.

    To actual apply this evenly, I did have to heat it a little bit, I did find it a little harder to spread than the Kryonaut, However, Thermal Grizzly did include a new style spreading tool. to assist in the application. Which worked well, and even better after it was warmed up. Recommend!

    It's alright. It says it spreads easier than kryonaut, that's untrue. When spreading it tends to stick to itself and the spatula more than the IHS, preventing smooth coverage. But it works and is functionally similar to Kryonaut in terms of temperature.

    Non ho trovato particolari difficoltà nell'applicazione, densa pochissimo più delle altre paste sia della stessa marca che delle migliori. Va detto pero' che io la ho applicata su un processore "tiepido" e aiuta tanto.
    Si puo' mettere come preferite voi, il classico chicco, la X, un chicco centrale e altri 4 ai lati o spalmarla che forse è la situazione più difficile per chi non è "skillato".
    Il prezzo è un po' alto ma arriva con parecchi accessori, avrei gradito avere qualche salviettina come usa Noctua con le sue paste.
    Le temperature sono uguali a quelle che ottengo con la Noctua NH2, un paio di gradi di meno di altre paste.
    Vedremo la durata nel tempo.
    Dubito molto di chi dice 4/5 gradi meno di altre paste, a meno di aver usato prima il dentifricio ;)
    In tanti anni ho provato tutte le paste termiche migliori, alla fine sono tutte uguali.

    Ich kann bis jetzt noch nicht schlechtes über Thermal Grizzly sagen/schreiben, habe lange die Kryonaut benutzt, die Conductonaut ( ist aber im Vergleich nicht zu berücksichtigen weil Flüssig-Metall) nun die neueste Paste aus dem Hause, die Duronaut. Natürlich nutze ich auch Pasten anderer Firmen, aber die Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut ist mit der Aphacool Subzero zusammen ( oder der Dowsil Pasten insofern sie zu erhalten sind ) mein golden Standart, eben durch die guten Erfahrungen, die Duronaut setzt sich aber nun vor die Kryonaut oder Subzero.

    Die Verstreichbarkeit/Anwendbarkeit der Duronaut im vergleich zur Kryonaut oder der Subzero scheint besser zu sein, die Paste ist sehr cremig und weniger zäh.

    Die Temperaturen sind auf jeden Fall besser als mit absoluter Standartpaste oder Arctic MX4 (guter Mindeststandart), inwieweit sie aber besser ist als bei der Kryonaut oder der Subzero ist schwerer zu beurteilen, sie ist mindestens aber genau so gut, allerdings durch die bessere Anwendbarkeit vozuziehen. Zudem soll sie auch langzeitstabiler sein, was sich noch zeigen wird, ich glaube dem aber, da der gute Roman Hartung und das Team von Thermal Grizzly wissen was sie tun und viel Knowhow/Forschungsarbeit dort hinein stecken.

    Das einzige was mir etwas komisch vorkam war der etwas eigene Geruch der Paste, leicht metallisch und etwas wie Liquid Smoke ( jedenfalls für meine Nase), warum das so ist weiß ich nicht, mir ist das bei den anderen Pasten nicht aufgefallen, eventuell als Kopierschutz, da es leider auch mittlerweile viele Fälschungen gibt, da hätte man in dem Fall aber durchaus was geileres für die Nase nehmen können :D

    Alles in allem eine wirklich gute und neue Paste aus dem Hause Thermal Grizzly bzw. ein würdiger Nachfolger der ebenfalls starken Kryonaut, mit welcher man nicht viel falsch machen kann und die auf einer GPU, CPU oder auch in einer Spielekonsole bzw. den gängigen Anwendungsszenarien klasse performt.

    Best performing thermal paste ive ever used, it seems to work extremely well on laptops too. I put some on a 2860qm and a 3687u and suddenly they score in the top 5% of results for that cpu. They both have single core scores over 1800 and my 2860qm is outperforming the average 2960xm with a multicore score over 5200 vs the 2960xm's 4750! You gotta get this stuff for your laptop apart from the 7950 thermal fabric stuff i doubt theres better performing paste for your laptop.

    Some tips, dont apply it cold, warm it up by rolling it around in your hands if its not at least room temp, DONT USE THE SPATULA always apply a blob on the cpu die and the southbridge die if 0resent and let the heatsink spread it as you tighten it this way you dont get an air bubble, finally use a little more than you normally would i checked the spread on my 9900k and this stuff doesnt spread as far as thinner pastes so you wanna use a touch more.

    Not counting liquid metal though, dont use that stuff your asking for trouble no matter how careful you are. A laptop board flex's because its a mobile device and when the liquid metal eventually works its way out and onto your heatsink or pcb its only a matter of time before it dies.
