Product description
TERRO Fly Paper catches nuisance flies and other flying insects in and around your home or business. This trap features a traditional ribbon design and offers a method of fly control that has been effective for generations. To activate TERRO Fly Paper, hang the tube in an area of flying insect activity and unravel the ribbon to expose its sticky surface. Once an insect comes in contact with the Fly Paper, the bug sticks to it and stays there.
TERRO Fly Paper requires no baits and is odorless. That means you can hang this trap anywhere that flies and flying insects are a problem
This mess-free insect trap can be quickly disposed of once it fills with flies. Each package contains 4 TERRO Fly Paper traps.

- Reviewed in Canada on August 12, 2024Verified PurchaseEffective, Affordable, and Easy to Use - Terro T510 Fly Magnet Does the Job!
I recently purchased the Terro T510 Fly Magnet Sticky Fly Paper Trap (4 Pack) to combat an influx of flies in my home, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in most aspects.
Pros:
Highly Effective: Within minutes of hanging the first strip, I started noticing flies getting stuck. Over the next few days, it managed to catch a significant number of flies, proving its effectiveness.
Simple to Use: The setup couldn’t be easier. Just twist and pull the ribbon to expose the sticky side and hang it wherever flies are most active. No need for complicated instructions or tools.
Non-Toxic: I appreciate that this product doesn’t rely on chemicals or pesticides. It’s safe to use around pets and children, which is a big plus for any household.
Affordable: For the price, you’re getting a solid deal with four traps in one pack. It’s an economical solution to a common problem.
Discreet Design: The white color helps it blend into most interiors, so it doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb, which is great for maintaining the look of your space.
Cons:
Sticky Residue: Be careful when handling these traps—they are extremely sticky (as they should be), and getting any of the adhesive on your fingers can be a bit of a hassle to clean off.
Limited Coverage: Each strip is quite effective in a small area, but if you have a larger space or a more severe fly problem, you might need multiple packs to cover all areas.
Appearance as It Fills Up: While the trap is discreet when first hung, it becomes less visually appealing as more flies get trapped. It’s a minor inconvenience, but something to consider if the trap is in a visible area.
Conclusion:
The Terro T510 Fly Magnet Sticky Fly Paper Trap is a reliable and affordable solution for dealing with pesky flies. It’s easy to use, non-toxic, and does exactly what it promises. While there are minor downsides, like the sticky residue and the aesthetic as it fills up, these are small trade-offs for an effective product. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone dealing with a fly problem in their home.
Would I Buy Again? Yes, without a doubt!
- Reviewed in Canada on October 29, 2024Verified PurchaseGreat product for either outdoors or indoors. I bought this for my back sun room sometimes a fly or two gets in there from out back. I hung 1 up and sure enough caught a fly it is really sticky though so you need to be careful taking it out of the package. I love that it came with the little thumb tacs to hang them which was really helpful when trying to place them around. Only downfall I got my finger on it and I was stuck LOL but overall it has a wee scent to it which I think attracts the flies which is great
- Reviewed in Canada on October 26, 2024Verified PurchaseI had high hopes for the Fly Magnet Sticky Fly Paper Trap, but unfortunately, it didn’t work as well as I expected. I set up a few around the house, and after several days, they only caught a couple of flies.
The design seems promising, but it just didn’t attract and trap as many flies as I needed it to. I followed the instructions carefully, but the results were underwhelming.
If you have a minor fly problem, it might help a bit, but for larger infestations, this probably won’t be enough. I appreciate the eco-friendly concept, but I’ll be looking for a more effective solution next time.
- Reviewed in Canada on June 6, 2025Verified PurchaseI received an obvious return…. The package was clearly open and barely taped together, I didn’t mind that as long as the product was good. It was not. The fly paper was clearly shoved back in to the tube, one of the pins was missing. Super disappointed… at least it was only $5 but still……
Also to add that the paper is ripped half way, it is clearly used.

- Reviewed in Canada on January 5, 2024Verified PurchaseI had tiny litle flies they would follow me..dive bomb my drinks..whirl around my face if wearing frit flavored lip sol...finally put some think strawbery sytup lightly on various areas..about 100 on 3 taoes in 24 hours..had some old cockroach sticky traps. Turned out i diddnt have any...so opened layed flat..strawbery syrup smalll amount in middle..got then got and up today and very succsessful..i hate killing.and fruit flies are so harmless..they dont carry disease..but they grow exponentielle..and did not want to use poison..
I would never..never use sticky traps on mamals..like mice or rats..live traps are cheap..sticky traps are cruel and unnecessary...they suffer ..thirst hunger and inimaginable fear..and they can live for many days before expiring..i cant imagine how people kill them..but for fruit flies...their numbers were growing..i had to do something
Hope that helps..
