MANUAL OVERRIDE

If you ever need to manually apply the trailer's breaks simply slide the BRAKE-EVN's override lever to the desired power output. Unlike a “push knob” for manual override, the sliding level allows you to increase the trailer's braking at variable rates allowing you to give your brakes a little, or a lot, of stopping power depending on your needs.

When towing a heavy load you may need a little extra effort from your trailer's brakes to ensure a smooth, safe, comfortable stop. This allows for smoother stopping even when backing up without experiencing the sudden braking jolts that can often be felt when using a time based controller.
