I went thru 2 of these hot tubs. The first one I bought wouldn’t hold air. I didn’t realize this until if was set up and full of water. It had a slow leak and I had to put air in it every 8-12 hrs. Reached out to customer service. They first offered $200 credit to keep it and try to fix it myself. I declined that and asked for a replacement. They sent a pre paid shipping label for fed ex. Had to drain, dry it and get it back in the box. Not an easy task. Once they received it 3-4 days a replacement was sent out quickly. I learned my lesson and waited a few days before filling with water. The replacement held air! Unfortunately the replacement wouldn’t hold temp. It would get to 104 for a day or two then randomly just stop heating. Temp would drop for 4-5 days the start heating again. It would only get to 85-90 then cool off again. Reached out to customer service again. They offered a replacement again. I asked for a full refund. Didn’t want to go round 3 with this Tub. Was a bit of a hassle to get them to agree to a refund. Pretty sure I was talking to a bot.. in the end I got a return label sent it back and got a full refund. Disappointed with the quality of this tub and all the issues I had to deal with…
