Cons: - Found application of teeth whitening strips to be slippery at times, unless teeth were quite dry. I tried these for 7 days. I did not see any difference at all. First pic is starting point. Second pic strips applied. My fingers felt sticky after I applied the strips, so washing afterwards is required. They didn't stay on very well, so you had to kind of hold them in place with your teeth and tongue. There was a slightly minty / peppermint flavour. Removing the strips was easy (they basically fell/slid off) and left a sticky jelly behind. Spitting, rinsing and brushing afterwards are mandatory. They didn't make my teeth sensitive much, and they didn't bother my gums. Last pic is the end result, I can't really see any difference. I wasn't doing this for 14 days in a row, as that's a job at that point!
I'd say skip it and go see a dentist if you really want white teeth - they have the super machines.
