Ingredients

Directions

Pour freshly boiled water (around 175°F/80°C) over the tea bag. Steep for 2-3 minutes, then remove For a stronger flavor, steep an additional 1-2 minutes.

Product description

Kirkland Signature Green Tea is made with Sencha Green Tea from Japan's lush tea plantation, known for producing some of the best teas in the world. In keeping with Japanese tradition, it is gently steamed, rolled and then dried. This minimal processing stops the oxidation and preserves the freshness, aroma and colour of the tea leaf. Matcha, a green tea powder made from specially harvested leaves, is added to enhance flavour and taste. Our premium nylon tea bag allows for optimum water flow during the brewing process.

    Pros:
    - Tastes great and feels authentic
    - Convenient packaging, each sachet is individually wrapped
    - Dissolves well, no clumps or weird texture
    - Not too sweet – nice balance of creaminess and tea flavor

    Cons:
    - Nothing much to complain about – maybe a few more sachets in the pack would be nice, but that’s just wishful thinking

    This tea tastes so good!! There are instructions for the tea, but I didn’t understand them. However, I just made it like I normally make tea and it was wonderful. The instruction said something about shaking powder on it after letting it steep, but I didn’t understand that because I didn’t see any powder. Still so good!

    another one star reviewer said that what they got in February was made last July. For a Kirkland product that must sell in the thousands a month i could hardly believe that date. Well, it just happened to me! Made on July 24, 2024 and received by me March 23 2025. The expiry date is so soon that i wouldn't finish the tea by then so i am returning it. A real shame.
