    Great stuff. I use metallic threads of various thicknesses and this allows them to glide through the felt I'm stitching. It's quite expensive but it does last a long time. I'm still using a pot I bought 2 years ago. For ease of use I stick it to my table top with blue tack. Worth it.

    I can't believe that I have been cross stitching for 30 years and have never heard of this product. I am stitching a product and using this on my threads. They lay down so nicely - it's a major improvement. I push the string down on the wax as I pull it through and it doesn't have as much wax deposited on the thread as when you put the lid down and pull it through the wax. I will order this again when I get low. Arrived quickly!
