    i have 8mm fuji but it feels a bit too wide. this is perfect. night flares are some what irregular so you might want to test that...

    It is hard to explain but fuji lenses make people faces look pudgy, this one is more like nikon lenses and slims faces.

    can't go wrong with this one.

    For $170, this is unbeatable.
    Starts sharpening across the whole plane at f4/
    F2 in low light is somewhat difficult if you don't use dead center focusing for your capture.
    F2 feels more like F2.5-2.8 on my copy, which is great !
    Again, I find it best to use dead center manual focus for magically better complete overall plane focus especially at F2 in low light with excellent color rendition and contrast at all apertures.
