Professional compact knife sharpener TSPROF Blitz Pro is a professional compact knife sharpener, an indispensable assistant in sharpening most knife types — from the smallest folding to large kitchen knives. With its small size and weight of only 1.5 kg, it is easy to take outside or use and store it at home. Flip-n-sharp mechanism The flip-n-sharp knife turning mechanism allows you to sharpen the knife without removing it from the clamps. A unique feature of the device is the V.C. Angleset system. Setting the angle on the Blitz occurs due to the movement of the knife relative to the virtual center. Which gives additional comfort when sharpening and reduces the impact of abrasive on the cutting edge. Increased corrosion protection The Blitz Pro body has a black anodized coating made according to the international Qualanod standard. Anodizing gives the sharpener a stylish appearance, strengthens the aluminum structure and increases corrosion resistance. Whole-milled clamps Blitz Pro is equipped with whole-milled clamps, made of high-strength aircraft-grade aluminum with black anodizing. Due to the whole-milled design clamps have increased resistance to pressure on the abrasive and ensure consistent edge angle. The clamps move along the entire length of the clamping arm and allow you to choose the perfect knife position. The length of the arm is 105 mm, which allows you to sharpen a knife with a blade length of up to 280 mm. Whole-milled clamps do not require calibration and adjustment to different blade shapes. They allow you to sharpen kitchen, folding, hunting, and multitool knives with a spine thickness of up to 4.5 mm. Easy angle setting with small increments Blitz Pro is equipped with a rack-and-pinion height adjuster with toothed gearing and allows precise angle adjustments in the range from 8° to 35° degrees per side (up to 70° total). Abrasives included Blitz Pro sharpening kit includes 5 diamond plates of various grit, from Extra Coarse to finishing (Very Fine). These plates do not require breaking in, soaking in water, or the use of oil. Includes the following grit range F150 Extra Coarse - for profiling the edge and creating blade grind. F220 Coarse - next step in creating blade grind. F400 Medium - for main sharpening and a biting edge. F600 Fine - for pre-finishing and removing large sharpening scratches. F1000 Very Fine - for finishing the edge.
