    A nice and affordable alternative to real truffles. My only complaint is the cap easily breaks which can turn into quite the problem as bacteria love to grow in oil. If your cap breaks too, make sure to cover it with something to prevent airborn particles from getting in.

    I absolutely love using truffle oil in my truffle mash or to add a splash of it to my mushrooms. I had run out of my usual one and read great reviews on this one and thought I'd try it out. I had to add so much to even taste the truffle. I don't like this at all, so that's my honest feedback. I have used another brand and went back to that one, because I barely need to add much oil and the truffle oil is so much better and you can smell and taste it throughout. I won't ever purchase this one again and I had such high hopes.
