TOSOWOONG Rice Glow Milky Toner with 784,000ppm Korean Rice Water, Niacinamide, Ceramides, Panthenol, Glow, Glass Skin, Hydrating, Purifying, Fragrance-Free, Korean Skin Care, 250ml, 8.45 fl.oz. I’m a bit late to the Korean skincare/glass skin game and am trying to catch up! In general, toner has never really been on my radar, but it seems to be one of the important beginning steps in the skin care process. Not having a lot of experience with toners, I don’t have too much to compare with, but I would say that it feels very hydrating and can confirm that it doesn’t irritate my skin at all. It has a nice light feel, it’s a thin liquid and absorbs well, it almost makes you think you should just keep adding more, but it’s just an initial skin prep step, so there’s no need to overdo it. Although the ingredients are very clearly listed in English on the box, there are virtually no instructions (at least in English) on the bottle or box, it would be good to do a little research if you’re new to the game like me. I’ve come to understand that milky toner is geared towards hydration while regular toners focus more on cleansing and balancing skin. And toner should be used as a next step after cleansing and because it should be a gentle formula it can be used both morning and evening, basically as a next step after face wash. Because I have sensitive skin on the dry side of normal and live in a dry climate, hydration from milky toner is perfect for me. The ~$40 price (at time of review) might see a bit steep, but it’s actually quite a large bottle (250ml) and if used properly/sparingly it should last a long time. Only a couple of drops are needed, I recommend to apply straight onto your fingers and then face and not to use a cotton pad or cotton ball as you’ll end up wasting a lot.

    My skin really likes this product. Most toners etc are so harsh, this was gentle. Skin feels hydrated and didn't have any weird reaction.

    Absolutely no scent. Nothing! One less irritant to worry about. Woo-hoo!

    This is not a makeup remover if you are hoping to use as such. Well, it didn't work on mine enough to do a good removal

    I think only drawback is the tiny hole it comes out of. Not a huge issue, just a touch annoying.

    The Rice Glow Toner is one of the best toners I’ve tried. It’s lightweight, but you can immediately feel it nourishing and softening your skin. My face looks noticeably more radiant and smooth after using it for just a few days. I love that it contains niacinamide and rice water—it really helps brighten and even out my skin tone. It’s hydrating but not greasy, and it absorbs quickly without leaving any residue. Great for layering under other skincare or makeup.

    This toner has a nice milky hydrating texture that makes skin feel calm and balanced. I've only been using it for a week so will need more time to see any real results, but I can say that it feels soothing, hydrating, and leaves skin looking supple and plump, with a nice gleam. The texture is thicker than I was expecting - different from other toners I have used - but not sticky or heavy feeling. Will definitely keep using this one!
