EXCELLENT REPLACEMENT FIN for a KOKOPELLI MOKI II (double kayak)

The fin fits PERFECTLY into the skeg of a Kokopelli MOKI II (double kayak). It will need a little modification to get the plastic cotter-pin clip to work, but this is a simple, easy fix, and no problem at all. The MOST IMPORTANT THING was to find a replacement fin, because KOKOPELLI IS SOLD OUT, OUT OF STOCK, and does not seem to supply them anymore (!) So this replacement fin is badly needed, and an EXCELLENT SUBSTITUTE. Thanks to the after-market manufacturer for making it!

Got these to replace the side fins on my paddle board after damaging them on river shallows. The ad mentions this could be for a SUP center fin but they are far too small but could work for a kayak center fin.

It comes with two docking stations. However, the kit didn’t come with any instructions or adhesive to mount it on your board. I’m worried without mounting it properly you’d be at risk of it coming off and potentially damaging the board in the process. I have a couple of single fin boards so I might try to install it at some point and see how it goes.

The fins are exactly as you would expect. They look and lock into my board just like my other fins.

The kit really should come with proper glue or better yet a peel and stick design. I do recommend adding a knot to the tether as they are done loosely and could come apart. This is a good set if you want to add stability and better tracking to your SUP main fin. Just make sure you also get the right glue to install them.
