They were very touched by recieving these beautiful windchimes. They were packed in a nice box and even came with a nice sympathy card(blank inside) They have a beautiful sound and are well made. They hang outside on the front porch and chime a song whenever a breeze comes by. A lovely gently reminded of a lovely woman gone too soon. No complaints, highly recommend.
