Works better than I expected
I bought this hand grinder as I was sick of the inconsistent grinds I was getting with my magic bullet. I was a bit hesitant with the $100 price tag but would now say that it was worth the price. The grinder is heavier than expected and feels extremely sturdy. It looks great and is not too big/small (you can use my picture with the countertop plug in for size reference). It takes about a golf ball size worth of beans at a time and you can do two of those before you need to empty out the chamber in the bottom (it becomes hard to grind if you overfill). Takes about 30-35 turns to completely grind all of the beans in the upper chamber but this doesn't take very long. The grind consistency is great. Works perfectly for my Aeropress (1 upper chamber grind) and french press (2 upper chamber grinds). If you are looking for larger amounts of ground beans for a different type of brewing I would suggest buying the bigger size than the C2 25g. My only cons are that the handle can be squeaky when grinding, it can get pretty static-ey with fresh beans (and you need to use the included brush to clean after use) and that the price seems a bit steep.

This is possibly the best hand grinder to get. The exterior surface is textured which offers a better grip when grinding. The build quality is not cheap and fully mettalic. The grinder comes with a pouch, cleaning brush, and the detachable top. I use the bottom collector scoop the coffee and it almost fills the top. Filling it to the max holds about 18g of beans. The grind have many sizes and they are clearly labeled for what type of coffee you want to prepare. The cost is great and the device is very robust. Grinding is very simple and you will feel the difference when you fully ground the coffee vs if there is more left to grind. Cleaning is also simple you can wash the collector. Use the brush to clear the bottom of the grinder and dump anything from the top. Highly recommend if you have the patuence to grind daily for the best coffee

Until now, I have been using an electric spice grinder to grind my coffee. For the 90$ I paid, this grinder offers big step up in terms of grind quality. It takes roughly 1 minute to grind 11g of coffee set to 14 clicks from the finest setting. It has a very smooth action and you can feel the power as it works. When I initially ordered it, I was worried grinding would be too much work in the mornings, but the grinder has been engineered to reduce the amount of effort you have to put it, and it has been a nice routine to add to my mornings.

This thing is heavy and solidly built. I love that you can change the grind size. It can be a little difficult to clean and grind. I recommend compressed air to really get all the grinds out. Good for getting a bit of a workout on the biceps! Grinds pretty quickly and has consistent results. Overall I'm pretty happy with it. It's a bit pricey but worth saving up for if you are a regular coffee drinker.

As a newbie to coffee culture, I have been really happy with how the timemore c2 has been grinding my coffee beans. I love that it has the settings to choose between fine and coarse depending on the coffee beans. It also came with some great accessories which do add to the whole coffee experience. Would recommend.
If you are getting into coffee and don't want to break the bank but also want a sturdy and reliable grinder, this is for you. And it looks great.

Love this grinder! Super easy to use and quick to grind with very little effort. Easily adjustable as well. I also ordered a rocket air blaster to clean without taking it apart as often. A quick mist of water on your coffee beans before grinding makes a huge difference in preventing static.

I’ve been using the TIMEMORE Chestnut C2, and it’s an excellent manual coffee grinder. The build quality is solid, and the stainless steel burrs provide a consistent grind size. Adjusting the grind settings is easy, making it great for different brewing methods. It’s also compact and lightweight, perfect for travel. The only minor drawback is its small capacity, but overall, it’s a fantastic grinder for anyone serious about fresh coffee.
